A family owned building company in Penrith
Build It Wright is a residential building and renovation company run by Kym and Tahnee Wright out of Claremont Meadows. We build for homeowners across Penrith, Western Sydney, the Blue Mountains and the Hawkesbury.
Twenty years of building, and a business built around getting it right
Kym and Tahnee Wright started Build It Wright in 2016, a family owned construction company built on a shared commitment to quality, integrity and exceptional customer service.
Led by licensed builder Kym Wright, the business is built on more than twenty years of hands-on experience in carpentry and residential construction. That experience means we can give homeowners practical answers rather than guesses, and it shows in the workmanship, the organisation and the way a project is run from start to finish.
We specialise in residential building and renovations, structural carpentry, first floor additions, outdoor living areas, sheds and home improvements. Whether it is a bathroom that needs redoing or a second storey that needs designing and building, we’ve got the experience and the know-how to Build It Wright.
What makes us different
Your project runs to a schedule
One of the biggest worries homeowners have is a project running well beyond the timeframe they were given. We plan carefully, coordinate the trades properly and keep the job moving, because nobody likes a build that drags on.
A licensed builder on your job
Kym is the licensed builder and he is the one who walks your site, prices your job and oversees the build. You will not be handed to someone else once the contract is signed.
You will know what it costs before you commit
After the site consultation you get a detailed quotation and a full scope of works, so you can see exactly what is included and what is not. We would rather have a hard conversation about the budget early than halfway through the build.
One point of contact for the whole job
We handle all of the scheduling and coordination of trades, so you are never chasing separate tradies or working out who is meant to be on site and when.
Fully licensed, insured and compliant
We hold a current NSW builders licence and full insurance, so you have peace of mind before any work begins.
